Effective June 29, 2007, Global Preferred Securities Trust merged with Fairway Diversified Income and Growth Trust. Fairway Diversified Income and Growth Trust is the surviving fund. Global Preferred Securities Trust holders received in exchange, 0.713949 units of Fairway Diversified Income and Growth Trust for each unit of Global Preferred Securities Trust previously held.
