Effective September 28, 2007, Core Income Plus Fund merged with YIELDPLUS Income Fund. YIELDPLUS Income Fund is the surviving fund. Core Income Plus Fund holders received in exchange, 0.75597249 units of YIELDPLUS Income Fund for each unit of Core Income Plus Fund previously held.
