In connection with the conversion of the fund from a closed-end fund to an exchange traded fund, Canadian Fundamental 100 Income Fund changed its name to Claymore Canadian Fundamental 100 Monthly Income ETF pursuant to a trust amending agreement dated March 13, 2007.
