Merger Details

Effective June 8, 2007, Liquor Barn Income Fund merged with Liquor Stores Income Fund with Liquor Stores Income Fund being the surviving company. Unitholders of Liquor Barn received 0.57 units of Liquor Stores Income Fund for each unit of Liquor Barn Income Fund held.
