Note Re Special Distribution Record August 1, 2007:

Unitholders who tendered units under the annual retraction privlege in July 2006 for settlement August 21, 2006 were not entitled to receive the special distribution of $0.03 per unit to holders of record August 1, 2006. Unitholders of record on August 1, 2006 who did not submit units to the retraction privlege received this distribution. A manual adjustment for the return of capital component of the special distribution ($0.00784 per unit) will be required for unitholders who disposed of units for settlement August 21, 2007 through retraction.
