Effective May 31, 2006, Front Street Long/Short Income Fund merged with Front Street Long/Short Income Fund II. Front Street Long/Short Income Fund is the surviving fund. Front Street Long/Short Income Fund II holders received in exchange, 0.959157 units of Front Street Long/Short Income Fund for each unit of Front Street Long/Short Income Fund II previously held.
