Merger Details:

Effective July 20, 2006, MYDAS Fund, Citadel Multi-Sector Income Fund and Citadel Income & Growth Fund collectively merged into the newly created Citadel Premium Income Fund (CPIF). Holders of MYDAS Fund received 1.220 units of CPIF. Holders of Citadel Multi-Sector Income Fund received 0.976 units of CPIF. Holders of Citadel Income & Growth Fund received 0.945 units of CPIF.
