Distribution for PBB Subscription Receipts

PBB Global Logistics Income Fund issued subscription receipts on June 25, 2004. If units of PBB were acquired under this offering, there is an additional distribution of $0.035 per unit for holders of subscription receipts with a record date of July 8, 2004 with no return of capital.
