Special Distribution of Units

For unitholders of record on December 29th, 2006, there was a special distribution of $1.20 per unit in the form of additional units. Units received as a result of this special distribution should be entered as a purchase. Please refer to your monthly statement for exact details regarding number of units and settlement details, keeping in mind that a cash payment was made in lieu of fractional units.
