Unit Distribution

Carfinco Income Fund unitholders of record on December 20, 2006, received a trust unit distribution of 0.007 units per unit held, for a value of $0.024 per unit. Fractional units were paid in cash. The ACB of the units received is estimated to be $3.433 per unit, and should be entered as a purchase with a settlement date of December 29, 2006.
