Effective January 15, 2007, Retirement Residences REIT was bought out by the Public Sector Pension Board. Each unitholder of Retirement Residences REIT received $8.35 per unit held. Units of Retirement Residences REIT were delisted from the TSX on February 2, 2007. No distributions were made in 2007. Please refer to Important User Notes & Tips #9.
