Takeover Details

Effective October 16, 2006, Summit REIT was taken over by ING Real Estate Canada at a price of $30 per unit of Summit. The last Summit distribution was for the month of September, and was payable October 5, 2006. Summit units were delisted from the TSX on January 29, 2007.
