Merger Details

Effective June 23, 2006, Ketch Resources Trust merged with Advantage Energy Income Fund. Advantage Energy Income Fund was the surviving fund. Ketch Resources Trust unitholders received 0.565 units of Advantage Energy Income Fund for each unit of Ketch Resources Trust held. The ACB Tracking Calculator assumes that the Ketch unitholder submitted a Tax Election form to create a tax deferred roll over. If this is not the case, please refer to the Advantage Energy Income Fund website for details. The closing price of Ketch Resources Trust on June 22, 2006 was $11.12.
