Merger Details

Effective June 16, 2004, Ultima Energy Trust merged with Petrofund Energy Trust. Petrofund Energy trust was the surviving company. Unitholders of Ultima received 0.442 units of Petrofund for each unit of Ultima Energy Trust held.
