Merger Details:

Effective June 16, 2006, AmeriStar RSP Income Trust merged with Income Financial Trust. Income Financial Trust is the surviving fund. AmeriStar RSP Income Trust holders received in exchange, 0.608722 units of Income Financial Trust for each unit of AmeriStar RSP Income Trust previously held.
