Exchange Traded Fund: Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) allow an investor to buy an entire portfolio of stocks through a single security that tracks the returns of a stock market index. ETFs are index mutual funds, listed on a stock exchange that trade like a stock. ETFs covering not only major indices, but also specific sectors, are available on the TSX.
